Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange conditions

We will only accept returns and exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Only products that meet the following criteria are eligible:

  • Unused and unworn, with all tags and accessories included
  • The product and box are free of scratches, stains, and odors.
  • Only tried on indoors, never worn outdoors

If you cannot return or exchange

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
  • Worn/used items
  • Products that have scratches, stains, or odors due to reasons attributable to the customer
  • If tags or accessories are lost or damaged
  • Sale items and outlet items (if stated on the product page)
  • Shoe care products and other consumables
  • Made-to-order and customized products

About size exchanges

If the size doesn't fit, we will exchange it subject to availability.
When exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

In case of defective products or incorrect delivery

If the product is faulty or if you received the wrong product, we will exchange or refund it at our expense.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
*You may be asked to send a photo of the defective part.

Return and exchange procedures

  1. Please contact us via the inquiry form or email within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Please let us know your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  4. Please return the product in its original packaging
  5. Once we receive your item, we will refund or ship a replacement within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping fees

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience: Customer is responsible. Returns and exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery: Our company is responsible.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made according to the payment method used to make your order:

  • Credit card: Refund via the card company (approximately 1-2 months)
  • Bank transfer/cash on delivery: Transfer to the designated account (amount minus transfer fee)
