This is a repair ticket that allows you to replace the sole with a newly developed lightweight volume sole (EVA sole).

All brightway products can be replaced with this EVA sole.
Compared to the regular rubber soles (BR5001, BR5002, BR6001, BR6002), the volume is 1.5 cm thicker, lighter, and has improved cushioning.

Period: 3 to 4 weeks after delivery

*Replacement for one pair (both pairs) costs ￥12,100.

Q. How many days will it take to complete the sole replacement?
A.

Once the product is shipped by the customer, we plan to return it to you within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving it.
If you need something urgently or have a special request, please write it in the comments section when you add the item to your cart. We will try our best to accommodate your request, although we may not be able to meet all your requests.

Q. What is the difference between the EVA series and other series?
A.

Part number: BR5001, BR5002, BR6001, BR6002
It has a synthetic rubber outsole.

Part number: BR7001, BR7002, BR8001, BR8002
Equipped with an EVA resin outsole.

Compared to synthetic rubber soles, the volume is 1.5cm thicker, lighter, and has improved cushioning. Although lightweight, EVA is more durable and less likely to wear out.

Q. Is it possible to replace the soles of products other than Brightway?

Sole replacement is only available for Brightway products.

Q. Is it possible to change the rubber sole design to an EVA sole?
A.

Yes, brightway designs can be interchanged with all sole types.
The color can also be replaced with a different color than the one installed.
In that case, please let us know when adding the item to your cart that the color is different from the sole color of your shoes.

Q. When replacing the soles, is it possible to exchange them for a different color sole?
A.

Yes, you can change the color when replacing the soles, for example from white to black.
In that case, we would appreciate it if you could write something like "I would like the shoes to be white and the soles to be black" in the comments section when adding the item to your cart.
