Is it possible to exchange sizes?

Size exchanges are only possible when trying on items indoors.

What is the difference between 7001 and 5001?

The BR5001 has a synthetic rubber outsole.
The BR7001 is equipped with an outsole made of EVA resin material.

The EVA sole is 1.5cm thicker than the synthetic rubber sole, while being lighter and providing better cushioning.
The wooden last is the same design, so the size is the same.

What is the difference between the EVA series and other series?

Yes, brightway designs can be interchanged with all sole types.
The color can also be replaced with a different color than the one installed.
In that case, please let us know when adding the item to your cart that the color is different from the sole color of your shoes.

When replacing the soles, is it possible to exchange them for a different color sole?

Yes, you can change the color when replacing the soles, for example from white to black.
In that case, we would appreciate it if you could write something like "I would like the shoes to be white and the soles to be black" in the comments section when adding the item to your cart.

Is it possible to replace the soles of products other than Brightway?

I am very sorry.
Sole replacement is only available for Brightway products.

Is it possible to purchase products or request sole replacement at brightway's headquarters?
