Shipping Fee

Nationwide shipping fee: 1,000 yen (tax included)
Shoelaces and other accessories are all 500 yen (tax included)

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout Japan.

Delivery company

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
Please note that we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company.

Delivery time

Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Estimated delivery time after shipping:

Kansai area: 1-2 days
Kanto, Chubu, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu: 2-3 days
Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: 3 to 5 days

Shipping notification

When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Response when you are away

If you are not at home, a notice of absence will be left in your mailbox, so please ask the delivery company to redeliver the package.
If the storage period expires, the item will be returned to our store. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for reshipment.
