Shipping Fees

Nationwide flat rate: ¥1,100 (tax included)
Small items such as shoelaces: ¥550 (tax included)

Shipping Area

We ship nationwide within Japan.

Shipping Carrier

We will deliver using either Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
Please note that you cannot specify the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time

After your order is confirmed, we usually ship within 3-5 business days.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:

Kansai region: 1-2 days
Kanto, Chubu, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu: 2-3 days
Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands: 3-5 days

If you have a preferred time slot, please write it in the remarks section when adding items to your cart.

Shipping Notification

We will send an email with a tracking number when your item is shipped.

Handling of Absences

If you are not home, a delivery attempt notice will be left, so please request redelivery from the shipping carrier.
If the storage period expires, the item will be returned to our store. You will be responsible for the shipping fee for re-delivery.
