International Shoes Co., Ltd. (brightway osaka) ships products both within Japan and overseas.

Processing and Shipping

After your order is confirmed, we usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are non-business days, so processing may be carried over to the next business day or later.

Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping to the EU

Deliveries to EU member countries require customs clearance. Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (value-added tax) may apply, and these charges are the customer's responsibility. For details, please contact the customs authority in your country.

If a delivery is significantly delayed (more than 14 business days), we will contact you at your registered email address.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees can be confirmed at the time of your order. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping.
