We will ship your order within 3 to 5 business days after receiving it.
Products ordered during the summer holidays and the New Year holidays will be shipped in order after we reopen.
Q. Who is the delivery company?

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post (Yu-Pack).

Once the product is shipped by the customer, we plan to return it to you within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving it.

Q. Is it possible to replace the soles of products other than Brightway?

Q. What is the difference between the EVA series and other series?
A.
Part number: BR5001, BR5002, BR6001, BR6002
It has a synthetic rubber outsole.
Part number: BR7001, BR7002, BR8001, BR8002
Equipped with an EVA resin outsole.
Compared to synthetic rubber soles, the volume is 1.5cm thicker, lighter, and has improved cushioning. Although lightweight, EVA is more durable and less likely to wear out.
Q. Is it possible to change the rubber sole design to an EVA sole?

The color can also be replaced with a different color than the one installed.

Yes, you can change the color when replacing the soles, for example from white to black.
